Vera Guseva, daughter of Svetlana Shafran, wishs to build a monument for Maestro Daniil Shafran in memory of the great cellist. Shafran's grave is still unmarked to this day. This should have been funded by the Russian Government. However, Ms.Guseva keeps getting the same words from the officials: "no money!"
